I appreciate the flexibility to manage my own time
I’ve been part of this company for 25 years now. Not only do I appreciate my
five-minute commute, but I also value the flexibility our flex-time system gives me.
I still have 19 years until retirement, and I’d love to spend them right here.
I’ve never regretted my decision
As a trained mechanic, I was skeptical about whether I would be able to meet the requirements. But after just one hour, my fears about the challenge had vanished. My colleagues immediately made me feel like I was an important part of the team and that they would teach me everything I needed to know. I have now been with Hartchrom T for five years and I’ve never looked back.

Unfortunately, my time at Hartchrom T was brief. Since I was close to retirement when I was hired, I only got to experience this wonderful group for two years.
